Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate NCWorks Career Center-Stanly’s New Location

The Centralina Workforce Development Board (WDB) will hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating the grand opening of a new NCWorks Career Center-Stanly,located in Albemarle,NC on Monday,December 12,2016 at 11:00 a.m. The Centralina Workforce Development Board will host the celebration along with the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce. ""

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at the new NCWorks Career Center located at 944 North First St.,Albemarle,NC." To celebrate the new Center Chamber President,Kathy Almond will open the ceremony and introduce guests,the Centralina Workforce Development Board,and the NCWorks Career Center-Stanly staff." Immediately following,David Hollars,Executive Director for the Centralina Workforce Development Board will give few remarks along with Donnie Mann,Center Leader for the NCWorks Career Center-Stanly.""Stanly County officials,Stanly County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors,partner agencies,employers,and guests will be in attendance and are invited to tour the facility and meet the Center’s staff.

The Stanly NCWorks Career Center is dedicated to serving businesses and career seekers in the region,investing time in finding customers lifelong careers in a globally competitive workforce." The Career Center strives to connect job seekers and employers by providing consistent workforce delivery systems and promoting an integrated delivery approach.
