NCWorks Career Centers are ready to help career seekers and workers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and match employer's needs with the skilled workers needed to compete in the global economy. The Centralina WDB promotes the use of career pathways and sector partnerships to increase employment in in-demand industries and occupations. No matter your circumstance or background, an NCWorks Career Center can help you maximize your job search with resources and tools available to all job seekers that assist in preparing for competitive integrated employment.

NCWorks Career Centers offer a wide range of services and programs. These include helping veterans overcome barriers to employment, assist dislocated workers in going back to work, job seekers with criminal records, individuals with disabilities, individuals who have limited English-speaking capabilities, and young adults that need help in their careers. Each individual receives personalized assistance with Center staff that will increase employment, retention, and meet skill requirements of employers by using NCWorks and other community resources.
