Former NCWorks Career Center Leader Accepts Position as New Centralina WDB NextGen Program Leader

The Centralina WDB and NCWorks Centralina are excited to announce that former NCWorks Career Center-Anson Leader 
Monica Gramling has accepted the position as Program Leader of Centralina WDB NextGen services.
Gramling, a native of Anson County, grew up in Wadesboro and attended Anson High School. She has worked in business management roles until accepting the role as the NCWorks Career Center Leader in Anson County in 2017.
While in that role, she developed strong relationship within the community with local officials, governments agencies, schools, improved community awareness of the NCWorks Career Center as well as increased traffic in the Career Center, implemented numerous workshops, assisted in community events, NextGen signing day, and hosted dozens of job fairs and hiring events.
Gramling has a great deal of experience working with youth as she is the former owner of a local mental health agency. Gramling has severed as a mentor to many and is currently the Secretary for the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council in Anson County.
“My goal is to be a positive leader who empowers others to achieve their personal goals,” said Gramling about her new role as Program Leader.
