Centralina WDB's Vail Carter Receives his ACT Job Profiler Certificate and Can Help Your Business!

The Centralina Workforce Development Board would like to congratulate its very own Vail Carter,Business Services Coordinator on a recent certification he has completed. Vail is now a certified ACT Job Profiler!

The seven-week training program consists of six weeks of distance learning and an on-site workshop during the seventh week. The on-site training provides the student with an opportunity to practice applying the knowledge and skills that he or she acquired during the distance learning.

As a profiler,Vail can profile skill requirements for specific jobs,evaluate job applicant skills,evaluate the skills of current employees,determine individual and organization skill needs,provide focused education and training needed to meet both individual and organization goals and aid communication between employers and educators/trainers.
