Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at Mooresville NCWorks Career Center

On March 23,2015,The Centralina Workforce Development Board and the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the new NCWorks Career Center in Mooresville.
The event was held at the new Center located at 532 Patterson Ave.,Suite 170 Mooresville.
To celebrate the newest Center the Mayor of Mooresville,Miles Atkins,and the President of the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce assisted during the celebration. Community residents,television stations,and a host of others were in attendance. The NCWorks Career Center in Mooresville is led by Sylvia Jones and has five staff member to assist people in finding careers.

The NCWorks Career Center-Mooresville is dedicated to serving businesses and career seekers by connecting talent to jobs. Center staff will serve employers in finding the skilled talent they need and invest time in career seekers with access to skills,education,and guidance needed to land employment and build a career.

The new Career Center has a warm and inviting floor plan housed in a newly remodeled facility,which includes two conference rooms,a classroom for workshops,and offices for employers and partner agencies" usage.

The Centralina Workforce Development Board oversees the operation of all NCWorks Career Centers in the region and is proud of the hard work done by the Center staff to provide high quality services for the citizens and businesses in Iredell County."
