The Centralina Workforce Development Board (WDB) has been working to meet the needs of employers in Stanly County. "One of the initiatives Centralina WDB has taken on is Collective Business Engagement. "It"s an initiative in which the Board has taken the lead along with partners in Stanly County. "Collective Business Engagement is designed to ensure the needs of employers are meant by listening to their needs,finding a solution,and establishing long-term relationship with each employer. "
