Iredell County NextGen Youth Career Path Made Straight

Lake Norman High School graduate Morgani Brown is currently working at KFC in Mooresville after finishing the Centralina WDB NextGen LEGACY program in December.
However, Morgani is set to be part of a NextGen Work Experience at the Financial Literacy in Place Program (FILP). She will be an 
Administrative Assistant for the program which is in line with her career path.
Morgani is a great young lady and has learned from her mistakes and is ready to move on with her life, said Aaron Neely, Iredell County NextGen Specialist.
“Finding young adults that have success after facing adversity is a great accomplishment,” added Neely.
