Over 100 individuals have been hired on at the new Earth Fare store in Cabarrus County which most could be attributed to the Centralina Workforce Services Business Services Team. "The Business Services Representatives at Centralina Workforce Services assisted the healthy food store prior to their grand opening. "The staff worked with the company in hosting two job fairs by offering event space for the fairs,a large candidate pool, and marketing strategies on social media platforms. The last job fair event lasted three days which ended in June 2017. "

Check out what Jim Rudisill,Earth Fare"s Associate Recruiter said about his experience working with the staff at Centralina Workforce Services.

"Dear Centralina Workforce Services,"

Earth Fare hosted a job fair in Concord,NC May 17 through May 19,2017 to hire and staff our next new store. During the three-day event,we saw 194 candidates and hired 72 talented individuals to join our team."Denisha Torrence-Nesbit and Eric Tillmon,Centralina Workforce Services Talent Employment Solutions Consultants, were extremely helpful and their impact was a huge contributing factor to the success of the job fair. They greeted every applicant with a smile at our sign-in table and helped each applicant navigate our online application and supplemental forms. Eric generously lent his laptop during peak times so applicants were not waiting too long for a computer. Both provided a great sense of energy to a process that can be stressful, overwhelming, and mundane.

Ultimately their commitment to promoting our job fair allowed us to reach more candidates than we would have alone."After the success of our first job fair,Earth Fare decided to hold a second job fair to hire up to 50 additional employees. Centralina Workforce Services were still committed to our cause and helped us find a location within 48 hours that was both affordable and convenient for our applicants. The Centralina Workforce Services staff are true stewards for job seekers and should be commended for their efforts. I am extremely grateful for their assistance and would be foolish if I didn"t reach out to Centralina in the future for any additional hiring needs at Earth Fare. "

And,in this case, kudos to NCWorks Career Center-Cabarrus Center Leader Gary Mason and his fine staff for making the opening of the new Earth Fare store in Concord a huge success.
